The Gift of Music of the Capital Region is a series of initiatives to collect, restore, and distribute band and orchestra instruments to students interested in learning to play an instrument.

Jump Street has been contracted as a program provider for the Dauphin County Executive Commission on Drugs and Alcohol using the arts to provide the message of the negative effects of smoking.




 

This original illustrated children’s book debuted in April 2006. Jumper is a fictional horse that lives on City Island & interacts with the local residents. Jumper was displayed at Community Banks in April and May, 2006 and the original illustrations were exhibited at the Susquehanna Art Museum’s Doshi Gallery, June 2006.



 

The Arts Management Internship is a n instructional program for novice and intermediate arts administrators to sharpen their management skills and an opportunity for host organizations to enhance their programming in the multicultural community.




 



CPAD is a three-pronged community arts education program that focuses on performance skills and techniques. The program emphasis is on building professional skill sets for promising artists, of all ages, in dance, theatre, and visual art. The program also builds access to the arts, while developing new audiences for traditional venues. The program is designed to encourage participants to develop their natural talent, cultivate their interest in performing arts, appreciate art in diverse cultural heritage, as well as provide opportunities to perform.
