On a sliding scale of 4% to 12%, Jump Street can manage funds and/or programs for individuals, emerging agencies, and agencies in transitional planning. This can range from providing donor relations and insurance coverage to program planning and implementation. Jump Street realizes that the community's needs vary widely so we offer a free initial consultation to determine whether partnering with Jump Street as a Fiscal/Program Administrator is in the best interests of the individual or agency.
Jump Street is one of seven arts agencies included in the original National Business Incubator Association's Resource Guide. Jump Street continues to provide inexpensive office space, free storage, parking and access to the business hub to nonprofit arts organizations. The tenant space is generally priced at 30% under fair market value.
The Russo Community Room (RCR) is approximately 2,500 square feet. It is equipped with a sound system, mirrors and climate control. The RCR is available for rehearsals, meetings and small performances. Ample parking is available for evening and weekend use.

As individuals and agencies grow their portfolio of services and performance, they encounter many planning and administrative needs. Jump Street is recognized by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) as a skilled consultant in these matters. There are technical assistance grants available through the PCA and many other regional foundations that can be used to engage Jump Street as a technical assistance consultant.
